Seed Cakes

 
 

Ingredients:
1/3  cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1 mashed banana + 1 tsp water
Parchment Paper

Directions:
Mix well
I use a round cookie cutter circle to pour in the mixture one by one and gently pat it into shape.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180C / 350/F
